HR Admin (197635-04)

Be a part of one of Hawaii's largest construction companies! You'll have the opportunity to work in their HR department and provide office support.

This will include assisting with the preparation and organization of employee files, new hire paperwork, and pre-employment duties. You will also maintain job postings, handle dispatching for specific positions, assist with onboarding new employees and benefits administration, and coordinating employee training and special events. Prior HR experience is required.


Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm


Kapolei, Oahu


$16.50 to $17 an hour


  • Answer incoming phone calls, forward calls, and take accurate messages.
  • Compile correspondences and memos.
  • Schedule appointments and generate itineraries.
  • Prepare and organize employee files, new hire paperwork, and other HR documents.
  • Carry out general office duties such as filing, faxing, copying, etc. *Assist with all pre-employment and onboarding of new hires.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.


  • Prior HR experience or education required.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills required.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Must be professional and friendly with good people skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
