Job Description

A locally owned and operated construction supply distributor is seeking an Operations/Warehouse Manager to help organize and manage their entire warehouse operations. In addition to overseeing warehouse personnel, the Manager will need to be ready to support their team and be active on the warehouse floor to assist with pulling orders, operating a forklift, and stocking construction materials.

Hours

Full-time, 7:00am-4:00pm

Location

Campbell Industrial Park, Kapolei, Oahu

Pay

$32 to $35 an hour

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage warehouse workers.
• Provide safety procedures training to all employees.
• Ensure orders are picked on a timely basis.
• Receive incoming deliveries.
• Stock products and pull orders for fulfillment.
• Operate forklift to move and pick products for delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse & construction management experience.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Able to use Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
• Ability to process paperwork and reports and respond to emails.
• Dependable, motivated, hardworking.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and stay until the work is finished each day.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
