Job Description

This position provides administrative support to the region, including reception and general office duties such as mail distribution, ordering supplies, and scheduling meetings. This role may also assist the Project team with correspondence and organizing project documents, manage inventory and support safety orientations, and upload safety-related training and incident documentation. Additional duties include administrative support for meetings and events.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am- 5pm

Location

Kapolei, Oahu

Pay

$24 to $29 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll timecard and certified payroll.
  • Support Project Managers, Safety, and shop.
  • Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Receive, sort, date-stamp, and distribute incoming mail.
  • Prepare professional written correspondence, including emails, faxes, and letters as requested.
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems, including project plans and specifications storage.
  • Order office supplies and maintain adequate inventory.
  • Run errands.
