Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay
$16 an hour
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Handle email correspondences.
- Create documents (Microsoft Word and Excel) and maintain databases.
- Collect, file and organize office documents, such as reports and confidential records.
- Prepare invoices from QuickBooks.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Preference for applicants who have at least 3 years of office experience.
- Microsoft Office knowledge required. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to achieve company goals with little to no supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to operational changes.
- Goal oriented, self-motivated, with strong attention to detail.
