Job Description

We're looking for an effective office clerk who has the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations for a produce company in Keeau. In this role, you will undertake a variety of activities ranging from filing and answering the phone to basic bookkeeping. You must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills. Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm


Keaau, Big Island


$16 an hour


  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Handle email correspondences.
  • Create documents (Microsoft Word and Excel) and maintain databases.
  • Collect, file and organize office documents, such as reports and confidential records.
  • Prepare invoices from QuickBooks.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Preference for applicants who have at least 3 years of office experience.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to achieve company goals with little to no supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to operational changes.
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated, with strong attention to detail.
