Location: Hilo, Hawai‘i Starting Pay: $18.00/hour Schedule: Full-Time Paid Weekly | Free Healthcare | Long-Term Opportunity

As a Facilities & Maintenance Technician, you will support the overall upkeep of our Hilo facility by helping maintain clean, organized, and functional workspaces throughout warehouse and operational areas. This position plays an important role in helping ensure the facility remains safe, operational, and ready to support daily business needs.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, works well independently, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-maintained work environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and maintain facility equipment including scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, mops, brooms, and related tools
  • Perform facility upkeep and deep cleaning throughout warehouse, operational, and exterior work areas
  • Maintain floors, walls, racks, ceilings, fixtures, guardrails, and common workspaces
  • Conduct facility inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns
  • Assist with general building upkeep and maintaining organized work areas
  • Follow workplace safety standards, food safety requirements, and company procedures
  • Communicate facility concerns or maintenance issues to management when needed
  • Support warehouse operations and assist with additional duties as needed

  • Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day
  • Reliable with strong attendance and dependability
  • Able to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining organized workspaces
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous maintenance, facilities, warehouse, custodial, or general labor experience preferred but not required
