Job Description

Seeking a dependable full-time General Office Clerk with a background in QuickBooks to provide daily administrative support in Hilo. In this role you will work in a fast paced environment handling a variety of office duties such as greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and basic invoicing and cash handling.


Full-time, 8:00am-4:30pm, alternating Saturday's 8:00am-12:00pm


Keaau, Big Island


$15 an hour


  • Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
  • Schedule services.
  • Handle light accounting duties such as processing bills and invoices and monitoring account statements using QuickBooks.
  • Reconcile daily sales.
  • Assist with other office duties as needed.


  • Must have cash handling experience.
  • Previous accounts payable/receivable experience preferred.
  • Quickbooks experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
  • Reliable with a strong work initiative.
  • Previous management experience a plus.
