Our merchandising team plays an important role in keeping stores stocked and ensuring products are available for customers every day. This is an independent, hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, traveling between store locations, and managing their work with minimal supervision.

About the Role

The Merchandiser is responsible for servicing assigned stores throughout the Waimea and Waikoloa areas. You will travel between multiple accounts, stock and rotate products, organize displays, and build positive working relationships with store teams.

This role is a great fit for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and independently throughout the day.

What You'll Do

• Service grocery and retail stores within the assigned Waimea and Waikoloa territory.
• Travel between multiple assigned store locations.
• Stock and rotate food products from the backroom to the sales floor.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked shelves and displays.
• Check product dates and follow proper product rotation procedures.
• Assemble and remove promotional displays and materials.
• Communicate with store associates, managers, and the HFA merchandising team.
• Maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
• Complete assigned routes efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Report inventory, display, or store-related concerns when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Familiarity with the Waimea and Waikoloa areas.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between assigned stores.
• Valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable attendance and time management.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the day.
• Previous stocking, merchandising, grocery, warehouse, or retail experience is preferred but not required.
