Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Location
Keaau, Big Island
Pay
$22 an hour
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit job invoices and proposals.
- Provide bidding information and complete job submittals.
- Communicate with general contractors.
- Communicate with vendors and order materials.
- Complete certified payroll reports.
- Maintain union requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of secretary or administrative experience preferred.
- Previous construction admin experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
