HR Clerk (99327)

The busy human resources (HR) department of a local hospital needs temporary help! You'll provide a wide range of clerical and administrative support, including answering phones, filing paperwork, and faxing documents. This is a temporary position, expected to last about 2-3 months.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get hands-on HR experience.

Hours

Full-time, 8:00am-4:30pm

Location

Kealakekua, Big Island

Pay

$16.25 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance to callers.
  • Route calls as appropriate or take messages.
  • Assist with processing employment-related paperwork.
  • Perform data entry as needed.
  • Carry out general clerical duties, such as filing, faxing, scanning, copying, etc.

Qualifications

  • Must have two years of related clerical work experience.
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Able to multi-task and keep up in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must pay high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
