Hours

Full-time, 7am-3:30pm or 8:30am-5pm Varying shifts, weekends and holidays

Kealakekua, Big Island

Pay

$20 an hour, Plus Tips

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and informative tours of our coffee farm, ensuring guest safety and enjoyment.
• Perform light cleaning and setup/breakdown tasks at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Accurately handle register transactions and manage stock and restocking duties as needed.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to maintain our reputation as a top-rated tour destination.
• Engage with over 300 guests daily, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Walk 1-2 miles per day and lift up to 50 pounds as part of your daily activities.

Qualifications

• Genuine enjoyment of working outdoors and interacting with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to absorb and present information in an entertaining and educational manner.
• A warm smile, calm demeanor, and unwavering reliability.
• Willingness to learn and become an expert in the world of Kona Coffee through provided training.
• Prior experience and local knowledge are advantageous but not mandatory.
• A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
