Job Description

A reputable economic development company in Kihei is immediately seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join their team! This role will provide administrative support to the President & CEO of the company.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Kihei, Maui

Pay

$20 to $25 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, transfer callers, and take accurate messages as needed.
  • Draft emails and correspondences.
  • Receive and sort through incoming mail.
  • Manage CEO's calendar.
  • Schedule meetings.
  • Transcribe meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Serve as a liaison and speak on behalf of the CEO as needed.
  • Provide related administrative support as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of administrative experience.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required by company for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
