Maui Brewing Company Restaurants are a direct extension of the values and practices we employ in brewing our handcrafted ales and lagers. We are looking for fun, energetic people excited to represent an environmentally conscious, fiercely local, handcrafted restaurant and brewpub.

Our Kihei restaurant is looking to grow our FOH team with FTL (Front-To Go-Logo) employees who are positive, outgoing, and fun! This position is a combined role of our greeter, handling to-go orders, and retail sales. We are looking for people excited about our mission and passionate about our values and guest service excellence. As a vital part of our restaurant, the ideal candidate will be someone who is friendly, reliable, quick, organized and can follow safety and sanitation standards.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals looking to start a career in the restaurant industry and are opening this position to those with no experience and ages 18 and over and have open and flexible availability during the week and weekends.

The average hourly tips for this role is $14 - $16 per hour. The average total hourly rate is $25 - $27 ($11/hour + tips).
