A commercial property in Kihei is looking for maintenance management help. Qualified candidates will have skills and experience in construction, painting, electrical work, plumbing and other general interior and exterior maintenance.

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Kihei, Maui

Pay

$28 an hour

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance projects and tasks independently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, vendors, customers and team members.
• Oversee painting, electrical work and plumbing repairs.
• Oversee all general interior and exterior property maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, tools and supplies.
• Handle all property or safety concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• General construction skills and experience.
• Knowledge and experience in painting, electrical work, plumbing repairs and other general interior and exterior property maintenance.
• Knowledge of air conditioning units preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and take/follow good direction.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong customer service and communications skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
