A commercial property in Kihei is looking for janitorial help on a temporary basis. In this role, you will perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, moping, vacuuming, etc.

Hours

Full-time, Monday, Thursday, Friday, 5:30am-1:30pm & Tuesday, Wednesday 9:00am- 5:30pm

Location

Kihei, Maui

Pay

$18 an hour

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas (walkways, stairwells, hallways, sidewalks and parking lots).
• Empty, clean, and line all common area ashtrays and trash receptacles.
• Unlock access to stairs, elevators and common area restrooms daily.
• Keep properties safe, and free of hazard and liability.
• Power wash all street level walkways as needed.
• Clean second floor balcony walkways.
• Sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum hallways, stairs and management office.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial/housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and take good direction.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
