Once trained, Concierge will be moved to Hourly Plus Activity Sales and Timeshare Tour Commission Earn between $12.5 -$60/hr
Responsible for all sales activities and related job duties to generate Timeshare Tours. Hospitality and Aloha Spirit are part of IAC’s culture.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Booking timeshare tours
· Selling activities
· Issuing vouchers
· Providing and communicating proper information to guests
· Welcome calls
· Aloha calls, inviting guests to island orientation
· Pre-arrival communication (phone calls and emails)
· Communication of equipment inventory
· Supplies status
· Maui Circulation inventory maintenance
· Brochure stickering as directed
· Pre-arrival packets
· Issuing parking passes
· Ensuring financial accuracy in all dealings
· Making fiscally responsible decisions and keeping supply waste to a minimum
· Submission of vouchers/rental agreements
The successful agent will be able to:
· Communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing
· Work independently with minimal supervision or direction
· Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Read and interpret documents
· Accurately calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, and commissions
· Demonstrate resourcefulness by solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of multiple requests simultaneously
Education
Experience – Prior experience in sales and in the hospitality industry.
Computer Skills – Microsoft Office and Outlook.
