IMMEDIATE HIRE FOR A EXPERIENCE KITCHEN MANAGER. DUTIES:
Responisble for the overall quality and quantity control of the Kitchen Functions.
Inventory
Health Standards
Quality control of all foods
Assist Lead Chef as needed
Oversee all recipes are adhered to according to corporate chef standards
Oversee catering orders for quality and quantity control
Assist as needed on the line and in the kitchen
Purchasing
Menu control
Cost control
Individual must have a good working attitude and able to communicate effectively with Upper Managerment and line staff.
