Job Description

Lahaina based tourist company is looking to hire an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper!


You will be tasked with daily bookkeeping duties and work closely with the office manager to ensure all financial records and activities are performing efficiently.

Additi​onal Responsibilities:


  • Maintain company’s financial records using QuickBooks Pro.
  • Handle account payable and receivable duties including validating invoices, preparing payments, generating invoices to clients, and reconciling accounts.
  • Prepare Monthly GET filing and Harbor Tax reports.
  • Process payroll hours with third party payroll service provider.
  • Compile financial, accounting and management sales reports.
  • Assist office manager with general administrative functions as needed.


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping, accounting or finance experience.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel and QuickBooks Pro.
  • Working knowledge of A3H reservation/sales software preferred.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and reliability.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 Hourly DOE
