Lahaina based tourist company is looking to hire an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper! This full-time role will be tasked with daily bookkeeping duties and work closely with the office manager to ensure all financial records and activities are performing efficiently. Additional Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain company’s financial records using QuickBooks Pro.
  • Handle account payable and receivable duties including but not limited to validating invoices, preparing payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Prepare Monthly GET filing and Harbor Tax reports.
  • Process of payroll hours with third party payroll service provider.
  • Compile financial, accounting and management sales reports.
  • Assist office manager with general administrative functions as needed.

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping, accounting or finance experience.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks Pro.
  • Working knowledge of A3H reservation/sales software preferred.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and reliability.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
