Job Description

A real estate company in the Lahaina area is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant. Staff the front desk, manage office schedules, events, and meetings, and handle office correspondences.


The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of administrative experience and great interpersonal skills with a friendly and polite attitude. 


Additi​onal Responsibilities:


  • Staff the front desk and greet all incoming clients and visitors.
  • Handle all incoming phone calls, accurately forward and take messages.
  • Coordinate office training events; update and manage monthly office training calendar.
  • Send out office announcements via email and office social media platforms.
  • Update monthly team meeting presentations.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes.
  • Maintain an inventory log and order office supplies.
  • Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and tidy.
  • Assist real estate agents with daily administrative task. 


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years of admin experience.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Comfortable speaking to large groups.
