Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our sales teams at The Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas (KOR), The Westin Maui Resort and Spa (WM) and Westin Nanea Ocean Resort Villas (WNV) with a passion for self-development, teamwork, and positive cultures. 


Successful candidates must embrace the CANI philosophy of constant and never-ending improvement with an intense desire to master all areas of professional salesmanship.  Qualified candidates will possess a high courage theme with the confidence to close sales within a 90-minute timeframe.  Successful candidates must not fear rejection and be able to display resilience and the have the ability to bounce back.  Candidates must be enthusiastic, persuasive, friendly and willing to work at LEVEL 10-PEAK STATE!


Sales Executives presents and involves our guests in the opportunity to become an owner of the finest vacation experience.


Essential Functions:

•Most important responsibility is to maximize the "moment of truth", when the Sales Executive interacts with the guest and creates opportunities to make a sale.
•Present product to guest using the Counselor Sales Model with the utmost integrity, professionalism and consistency of established sales policies and procedures.
•Ongoing knowledge of programs, promotions, product and company philosophies.
•Work owner base to maximize lead harvest, reloads, and referral sales.
•Present product to our guests so they understand clearly and have realistic expectations for our product uses, including benefits and limitations.
•To successfully reach and maintain sales goals as outlined in our sales performance S.O.P. including, but not limited to: Efficiency, Net Closing, Sales Volume, Owner Service, Team Support, and to assure accurate completion and processing of documents pertaining to sales.
•Work closely with Quality Assurance Manager to minimize cancellations, provide comprehensive owner assurance and ensure timeliness of closings.
•To maintain adherence to S.O.P. regarding interaction with sales, reception, telemarketing, marketing and hospitality.
•Provide proactive owner service.



•College degree preferred, but not required.

•Previous timeshare sales experience preferred, but not required.
•All potential candidates must possess valid Hawaii Real Estate license upon hire.
