Association Administrator / Executive Assistant (104126)#MAUI_INDEEDProvide assistance and general administrative support for the Association Manager and other key leaders of a large vacation property.

Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm
Location
Lahaina, Maui
Pay
$22.25 an hour
Responsibilities
- Compile materials for association meetings.
- Write, draft and revise business correspondence.
- Initiate and responding to owner emails and telephone calls.
- Prepare, send and collect owner invoices, documents and payments.
- Code expense invoices and send to accounting.
- Schedule third party services as needed with vendors and send notifications to owners.
- Attend meetings, take, transcribe, and distribute minutes.
- Assist with annual budget preparation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of prior administrative assistant experience required. Hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to proficiently organize electronic and paper files.
- Must be professional and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.
- Must be able to take initiative and be solution-oriented.
- Valid Hawaii Driver?s License.
