Job Description

We are seeking a trustworthy and reliable Administrative Office Clerk to join our team!

 

The Administrative Office Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support in a warehouse/distribution environment to ensure efficient operations within the office. You will support management through a variety of administrative tasks. You will communicate effectively to ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, credit and invoice processing, document preparation, billing, and filing.

 

GENERAL  RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
  • Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking.
  • Provide administrative support for operations team.
  • Coordinate project deliverable(s).
  • Greet visitors and provide exemplary customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Food distribution experience a plus.
  • Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays and additional hours.
  • Intermediate skill in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited general supervision.
  • Ability to support and maintain a high standard of productivity in the department.
  • Ability maintain confidential information.
  • Minimum 2 years administrative or clerical experience.
