Specific Qualifications:
1. A combination of education, professional experience and/or life experience which will enable the provision of crisis intervention and educational services regarding Sexual Assault (SA) and Domestic Violence (DV) including dating violence and stalking. Supervisory experience required.
2. Capable of empathic response to victims/survivors of sexual assault and/or domesticviolence victims utilizing a victim centered approach.
3. Knowledge of feminist issues, sexual assault and domestic violence preferred.

Education & Technical Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in one or a combination of the following fields: Education, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Women’s Studiesand Communications. M.A Degree preferred in one or more of the following fields: Education, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Women’s Studies andCommunications.

1. Coordinate delivery of crisis intervention services for both SA & DV and supervise Crisis Counselors and support staff. Report services delivered as required. Assure coordination of services among all agencies and organizations involved in providing sexual assault and domestic violence services, utilizing a multidisciplinary, trauma-informed, and victim-centered approach. Coordinate and address issues related to administration of services.
2. Represent the YWCA in a professional manner.

1. Perform all duties in compliance with the laws and regulations of the State of Hawaii and the United States government.
2. Work up to 40 hours per week, with flexible schedule.
3. Coordinate crisis follow up services including case management and legal advocacy activities. Act as back up for crisis counselors when needed.
4. Supervise, including evaluation of, Crisis Counselors and support staff.
5. Coordinate and provide initial, ongoing, and system-wide training for all staff whose duties are related (directly & indirectly) to crisis services.
6. Oversee administrative functions for Sexual Assault Treatment Services and Intimate Personal Violence, facility, and clerical support.
7. Compile educational and support material to be provided to clients.
8. In consultation with the Clinical Director, establish and maintain program evaluation tools, collect and process data produced by these tools for all reports as required. Complete reports as required.
9. Establish and maintain liaison with community groups and agencies in order to promote SART and encourage utilization of SATP/IPV services.
10. Perform other functions as needed or assigned.

Additional Requirements:
1. Valid driver’s license, vehicle and proof of insurance.
2. Current First Aid and CPR certification.
3. Willing and able to travel around the island for meetings.
4. Willing and able to travel off-island for training and meetings.
5. Willing to be on call as needed.
6. Excellent verbal and written skills.
7. Knowledgeable about services for families and children available in the community.
8. Ability to work as part of a team.
