Set along the breathtaking coastline of Kauai, Hale Hokuala Kauai, Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join the team during the pre-opening phase of this highly anticipated 210-room oceanfront golf resort.

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As an Engineering Supervisor, you’re not just overseeing daily operations of physical building and systems maintenance and repairs – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

     * Ensure facility safety and compliance: Support the maintenance of the hotel’s buildings, mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

     * Supervise maintenance operations: Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks, ensuring thorough documentation of completed work in the property management system

     * Oversee contractor work: Supervise external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance

     * Respond to service requests: Ensure maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations are addressed promptly and efficiently

     * Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise maintenance team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and performance
