The Administrative Office Clerk will be responsible for providing organizational support in a warehouse/distribution environment. Responsibilities include, but not limited to credit and invoice processing, document preparation, billing, and filing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Process invoices and credits to ensure account reports reflect accurate data 
  • Enter data collected into appropriate systems 
  • Perform billing function for specific accounts 
  • Review and address driver discrepancies (e.g., invoices, credits, property return) 
  • Assist with safety training record keeping 
  • Assist in unloading/loading containers and conducting various duties (picking/pulling products, packaging, tagging, sorting, shrink-wrapping, building pallets)

WHAT WE’LL LOVE ABOUT YOU 

  • Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays and additional hours 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Food distribution and warehouse experience a plus 
  • Intermediate skill in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently with limited general supervision 
  • Ability to support and maintain a high standard of productivity 
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
