We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Sanitation Worker to join our team. In this hands-on position, you'll help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout our warehouse and surrounding facilities.

No previous sanitation experience? No problem! We're happy to train someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and takes pride in their work. 

What You'll Do

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation throughout the warehouse, shipping areas, and surrounding facilities.
• Clean and maintain floors, walls, racks, fixtures, and other designated areas.
• Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and other tools.
• Assist with general facility upkeep, minor repairs, and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Conduct routine facility inspections, including rodent trap checks, and report any concerns.
• Help maintain cleaning supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Follow company sanitation procedures, food safety standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Work closely with warehouse, maintenance, and safety teams to help maintain a clean and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Comfortable performing hands-on, physically active work in a warehouse environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to use basic cleaning equipment and tools, or willingness to learn.
• Previous sanitation, janitorial, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time position with a 6:30 AM daily start time.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Consistent attendance and reliability are important for this position.
