Job Description
Transaction Administrator Assistant
Excellent computer skills are essential in this position.
Utilizing Transaction management software,,  word processing programs, spreadsheets, presentation software and basic graphic design programs will be part of the day to day.
Because this position may require the creation of brochures or fliers to showcase available properties, good writing skills are also important.
A real estate administrative assistant should also have strong organizational skills. 
Real estate administrative assistants administer web based management systems, create documents, spreadsheets and presentations; and answer routine inquiries from clients, agents and brokers. 
Assistants may not interpret contracts or negotiate on behalf of an agent or broker.  


They also provide clerical support to agents and brokers during the sales process. This involves scheduling contingency dates, scheduling inspections and securing public information about properties.
