A growing design and construction firm is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator/Admin to join their team. This hybrid position combines administrative support and project coordination, offering an opportunity to grow within the firm as responsibilities expand.

The ideal candidate may come from an administrative background with exposure to construction, engineering, or architecture — or be an experienced coordinator comfortable taking on administrative duties. The company values initiative, strong organization, and teamwork. Training in CAD or Revit software will be provided for the right candidate.

This role supports engineers, clients, and contractors across all stages of design and construction to ensure efficient communication, documentation, and project delivery.

Hours

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Location

Mililani, Oahu

Pay

$25 to $35 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and project coordination support to engineers and project managers.
  • Organize project documentation, prepare reports, and assist with scheduling and meeting coordination.
  • Help prepare contracts, proposals, and project correspondence.
  • Maintain and update project files, logs, and internal tracking systems.
  • Learn and assist with drafting and design tasks using CAD or Revit (training provided).
  • Support communication between clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Assist with process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project delivery.
  • Provide general office and administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or construction-related roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret project contracts, specifications, and drawings preferred.
  • CAD/Revit experience a plus; training available.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
