Hours
Full-time, Flexible days and shifts, either 9AM-5PM or 8AM-6PM; available on weekends and holidays as well

Pay
$62,400 to $72,800 a year
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with all aspects of daily resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations.
- Deliver exceptional guest service: welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure.
- Oversee housekeeping and laundry teams to maintain impeccable cleanliness of units, common areas, pool, grounds, and beachfront access.
- Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance with vendors, contractors, and on-site staff; perform light property inspections and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and inventory using our property management system.
- Support administrative tasks: guest communications, billing, reporting, supply ordering, and record-keeping.
- Help enforce resort policies and maintain compliance with local regulations and health/safety standards.
- Assist with marketing efforts, special promotions, and social media content highlighting Napili Sunset’s unique beachfront location.
- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) during assigned shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, or vacation rental management (condo-hotel or small property experience preferred).
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with property management software, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and basic accounting/bookkeeping.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically able to walk the property, climb stairs, and handle light lifting as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
