Job Description


Exempt, non-civil service appointment.  This position is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and management of the Division-wide quality management program which includes clinical service standards and the quality of services and care provided and supervision of the staff assigned to the program.  



Minimum Qualifications


EDUCATION:  Successful completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university. 


EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of supervisory experience.  Three (3) years in mental health service setting and progressively responsible professional work experience involving quality management/performance improvement initiatives, implementation and evaluation is preferred.


LICENSE: Must be possess a current Hawaii State Registered Nurse License.  Valid Hawaii State Type 3 Driver’s license. National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCAA) Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality is highly desired.
