Job Description

Our client is looking for a qualified Administrative Assistant for one of their offices in Pearl City. In this role, you will be responsible for handling general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, scanning, printing, filing documents, as well as performing data entry.

This is a great opportunity to gain administrative experience and will last until the end of the year, with possible extension.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:45am-4:30pm

  • Assist with handling public record requests.
  • Input information into database.
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages.
  • Scan and log documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Must have previous administrative experience.
  • Ability to work with others and stay organized.
  • Comfortable with computers.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
