A local utility company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team and handle all tasks related to the company's helicopter services. In this role, you will also perform other administrative duties such as answering phone calls, maintaining the company's database, and preparing invoices.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Location

Pearl City, Oahu

Pay

$20 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and relay messages.
  • Schedule and supervise helicopter landings.
  • Maintain company's database.
  • Print, file, copy, and scan documents.
  • Prepare and review invoices and transactions.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Preferably 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
