POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused CDL-A Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This hybrid role combines professional delivery driving with hands-on warehouse operations, supporting the distribution and storage of insulation accessories, firestopping materials, and industrial products. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in both warehouse and driving environments. Warehouse work may involve indoor and outdoor conditions, including exposure to high heart, tight spaces, poor lighting, and other warehouse-related hazards. Driving duties involve operating a tractor-trailer and other vehicles, which may include driving in heavy traffic, inclement weather, and varying road conditions. The employee will be required to safely climb in and out of trucks, secure loads, perform vehicle inspections, and engage in physical activity such as loading and unloading materials. Extended periods of sitting while driving and standing or walking while in the warehouse are required. The employee must correctly and consistently utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and appropriate work gear. Work may be performed independently for extended periods or as part of a team.

For employees assigned to driving duties, prolonged periods of sitting while operating a vehicle are also required, along with physical activity related to loading, unloading, and securing freight.
