The ideal candidate will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our facility, helping ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both residents and staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and staff spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect as required throughout the facility.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Replace linens, towels, and bedding as needed.
• Assist with laundry services including washing, folding, and organizing.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request restocks when necessary.
• Provide support for special projects or events as requested.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, caring attitude.
• Ability to follow safety and infection control protocols.
• Must be able to lift and move light to moderate weights.
