Job Description

Our client is seeking a Proposals Coordinator to join their team. As the Proposals Coordinator, you will assist in the design, storage, and finalization of business proposals.

Qualified candidates will have prior experience using Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm

Location

Pearl City, Oahu

Pay

$18 to $22 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer emails and help answer phone calls if the front is busy.
  • Save and file all proposals/notes.
  • Call customers to confirm receipt after proposals are sent.
  • Retrieve prices from suppliers and relay to estimators.
  • Log all estimates, updates, and cancellations.
  • Accept signed proposals via mail, email, or fax.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to work as a team and individually.
