Admin (122793-04)#OFFICE_INDEEDA local company is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Admin to join a local company on Oahu for a temporary assignment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing pole attachment applications and maintaining essential records.

Hours
Full-time, Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4pm
Location
Pearl City, Oahu
Pay
$19 to $20 an hour
Responsibilities
- Receive and process pole attachment applications, entering information into the pole attachment database.
- Prepare acknowledgement letters for communication carriers.
- Maintain company pole records and data, both manually and electronically.
- Conduct research.
- Provide information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with all N.I. (Neighbor Islands) while being based on Oahu.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal and external customers.
- Proficiency in personal computers/laptops, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
