A local company is seeking a reliable and organized Project Manager Assistant to support ongoing projects through administrative coordination and communication. This role plays a key part in keeping projects running smoothly by managing paperwork, assisting with job coordination, and working closely with field staff and external partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable supporting multiple projects at once.
Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00AM–4:30PM
Location
Pearl City, Oahu
Pay
$18 to $22 an hour
Responsibilities
- Organize, file, and maintain project-related paperwork and documentation.
- Assist with coordinating jobs and project schedules.
- Communicate and work closely with field personnel to support daily operations.
- Coordinate with other businesses, vendors, and partners as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to project managers and operations staff.
- Assist with tracking project information and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or coordination experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable communicating with field staff and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage paperwork and multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
