Job Description

A local company is seeking a reliable and organized Project Manager Assistant to support ongoing projects through administrative coordination and communication. This role plays a key part in keeping projects running smoothly by managing paperwork, assisting with job coordination, and working closely with field staff and external partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable supporting multiple projects at once.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00AM–4:30PM

Location

Pearl City, Oahu

Pay

$18 to $22 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Organize, file, and maintain project-related paperwork and documentation.
  • Assist with coordinating jobs and project schedules.
  • Communicate and work closely with field personnel to support daily operations.
  • Coordinate with other businesses, vendors, and partners as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to project managers and operations staff.
  • Assist with tracking project information and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or coordination experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with field staff and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage paperwork and multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems.
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
