Job Overview
The Cliffs at Princeville has been voted "# 1 Timeshare Resort on Kauai" for 7 years in a row. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our company. The successful candidate will assist in recreating our in-house vacation ownership sales program and be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities. Duties
- Generate leads through various channels including on-property networking (during Mai Tai Mondays) and referrals.
- Identifying and assessing potential buyers.
- Presenting timeshares to potential buyers.
- Conduct outside sales activities to promote our products and services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Providing information, answering questions, and supporting buyers during the purchase process.
- Preparing buyers to close the purchase.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Experience
- High school diploma (college degree preferred).
- Great communication and personal skills are required for success.
- HI Real estate license
- Must be able to organize leads and track them through the sales process (Basic knowledge of MS office and Excel preferred).
- Experience in Timeshare sales is required.
- Strong skills in lead generation, and customer service are essential for success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and present solutions persuasively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
