JOB TITLE: Custodial Team Member – AB1 Contract

LOCATION: Honolulu, HI- Ft. Shafter, Wheeler, Schofield Barracks

TYPE: At will

SHIFT: Monday – Friday, 12 - 35 hours per week

PAY RATE: $20 - $23/hour

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

·       Paid training

·       Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas

·       Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas

·       Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

·       Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

·       Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces

·       Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces

·       Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed

·       Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

·       Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness standards

·       May have some company travel as scheduled to various locations-transportation provided

 

Physical Setting:

• Office buildings, Restrooms, Warehouse; Military base
• Stairs, Elevators

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Previous custodial experience a plus

·       Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

·       Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

·       Must be flexible with work hours and schedule based on business needs

·       Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed

·       Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

 

Ability to:

·       Must be able to secure Military Base access

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

·       Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
