Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of general maintenance and light repair tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who takes pride in maintaining a safe and functional environment. You will be responsible for addressing routine maintenance needs and ensuring our facility is kept in excellent condition.

Our office is open Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, reach out anytime during business hours.

Hours

Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Location

Wahiawa, Oahu

Pay

$22 an hour

Responsibilities

• Perform general "light" maintenance work and routine building repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks, including light bulb replacements and fixture checks.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic mechanical or structural issues.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure all maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
• Perform other general facilities duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous, verifiable maintenance work experience is required.
• Physical Ability: Must be comfortable lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Screening: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test. Please note that we operate under a zero-tolerance policy.
• Reliability: Proven track record of dependability and attention to detail.
