  • Ensure the proper accounting for all company assets, liabilities, and transactions.
  • Maintain the company's general ledger and subsidiary systems including but not limited to property and equipment, accounts receivable and payables, etc.
  • Formulate and administer standard accounting practices to assure that the division?s books of original entry accurately reflect the financial condition of the business and provide useful information necessary for dynamic management control of operations.
  • Prepare standard accounting statements and reports on a periodic and annual basis, or as requested, including federal and state tax reports, insurable values, physical inventories, reconciliation of inter-company charges, age of receivables and payables, etc.
  • Prepare projections required in the financial planning program such as balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, and other related forecasts on prescribed frequencies of a weekly, periodic and annual basis.
  • Clearly communicate accounting numbers and their relevance in a usable format to division management.
  • Extend full cooperation to internal and external auditors during their examination of accounting records, standard practices, and policy compliance.
  • Ensure integration of computer software systems interface that provides adequate audit trails and proper documentation of user procedures.
  • Develop and submit annual division budget reporting.
  • Communicate projects utilizing sound project management techniques and effective written and verbal communication. Issue timely project status reports to respective managers.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.


  • Bachelor?s degree in business administration with a major in accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience including auditing.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Highly computer literate with Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with good eye for detail.
