Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and friendly front desk professional to join the team for a local contracting company. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for both clients and internal staff, with a balance of customer interaction, scheduling coordination, and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will take initiative, enjoy multitasking, and thrive in a support role.

Parking will be provided.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Wahiawa, Oahu

Pay

$19 to $20 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails.
  • Greet walk-in visitors and assist with general inquiries.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Help the Estimator schedule appointments by contacting clients.
  • Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
  • Comfortable using email and basic scheduling tools.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks calmly.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn industry-specific terms and systems.
