Job Description

Are you looking for a full-time job on the west side? We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in Waianae to aid with a variety of daily administrative and clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, supporting customers with inquiries, and maintaining the office inventory. 

 

Addit​ional Responsibilities:

 

  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Greet customers and vendors 
  • Sort and distribute all mail
  • Maintain an up-to-date level of inventory and order supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferable
  • High computer literacy and knowledge using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well with different types of customers and management
  • Good time management skills and attention to detail
