Our client is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join their team! This role will assist personnel with daily administrative duties such as answering incoming phone calls, checking/responding to emails, faxing correspondence, greeting and helping customers, and assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks.

Hours

Full-time, 7:00am-3:30pm

Location

Waianae, Oahu

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls, take accurate messages as needed.
  • Greet and direct customers and visitors to the proper individual/department in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Prepare correspondences and reports as needed.
  • Receive customer payments, close credit card transactions daily.
  • Complete proper approval, handling, and filing of disposal manifests.
  • Maintain bioremediation, asbestos and special waste records.
  • Coordinate the disposal of asbestos, bioremediation, special waste, paint chips, sand blast grit, co-plane, etc.
  • Maintain customer files, process new customers.
  • Maintain and update report logs.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Possess current Weighmaster certification.
  • Proficient with computers.
  • Possess good typing skills.
  • Possess strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented with ability to multi-task.
