Responsibilities

  • Handle the organization's day-to-day operations and ensure that all program services are carried out effectively and efficiently.
  • Write and/or review, and submit grant proposals.
  • Oversee human resource functions including but not limited to recruitment, placement, position classification, pay or wage administration, filing and managing worker?s compensation claims, administering health benefits and 401(k) retirement plans, overseeing employee development and performance evaluations, writing and publishing policies and procedures, performing complaint investigations, administering random urinalysis tests.
  • Manage the company's safety, health, and wellbeing program.
  • Promote attributes of strong company culture.
  • Identify and address unforeseen operating problems and issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social services, public health, or related field of study a plus.
  • Prior non-profit management and grant writing experience required.
  • Outstanding leadership skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
