We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our agricultural team. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic farming environment where you will contribute to essential daily operations that support our production goals.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general farm labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Operate and maintain farm equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with irrigation systems and water management activities
- Load and unload agricultural products and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, barns, and storage facilities
- Monitor crop conditions and report any issues to supervisors
- Perform weeding, pruning, and other crop maintenance activities
- Assist with livestock care and feeding as needed
- Participate in seasonal activities such as soil preparation and field maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned by farm management

Requirements:

- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods
- Basic understanding of farm operations and agricultural practices preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks thoroughly
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing farm needs
- English or Spanish language skills sufficient to understand and follow safety instructions
