Job description
Prepare baked goods for the bakery, baking, packaging and labeling of baked goods. Decorating cakes as needed. Working the poke station, prepare Poke Bowls and specialty poke request. Prepare hot and cold food, packaging and labeling of prepared food. Work the balloon station when needed. Late shift to clean the department and prep the area for the next day. Maintain and operate the Department in an efficient manner and to ensure that performance contributes to the best financial interests of the store. Management may have other duties to be performed as needed. Meeting the standards of excellent customer service under the Company’s Service Program. This includes providing Great Customer Service and maintaining good relationships with all team members.
The Cook is responsible for the preparation of foods while adhering to Company recipes and standards. Additionally, the Cook is responsible for maximizing sales and protecting margins through minimizing unnecessary waste along with timely production of prepared foods. The Cook is also responsible for the highest level of customer service when and where required.
