Job Description

Get your foot in the door with a large and reputable hotel! In this full-time role, running through the end of the year, you will handle a variety of accounts payable duties such as preparing payments and bank deposits. This is a great opportunity for candidates with 1 year of accounting experience who want to gain important skills in a fast-paced environment. 


Add​itional Responsibilities:


  • Service customers by answering the phone and responding to inquiries.
  • Validate all invoices and prepare payments and bank deposits.
  • Enter accounts payable invoices into system and screen for any discrepancies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system of all invoices, financial records, and other documents. 
  • Perform other duties as needed.


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1-2 year's of accounting experience.
  • Working knowledge of accounting software (PeopleSoft Financials and Operations Audit) and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of hospitality management software such as OnQ Front Desk desirable.
  • Highly accurate, analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
