Job Description

Well-known, large hotel in Waikoloa is looking for accounting assistance through the end of the year. This full-time Accounts Receivable role will be responsible for verifying invoices, posting payments, and maintaining accurate financial files.

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone, email, or in-person.
  • Validate all invoices and post data for payments.
  • Document checks, payments, deposits, and transactions.
  • Ensure all transactions are compliant and resolve any discrepancies. 
  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system of all invoices, financial records, and other documents. 
  • Assist supervisor with additional duties as needed.


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1-2 year's of accounting experience.
  • Advanced skills using accounting software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of hospitality management software such as OnQ Front Desk, Elavon, and Micros desirable.
  • Highly accurate, analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
