What will I be doing?
The International Guest Experience Manager is responsible for tracking our Japanese occupancy levels and presenting this information in weekly staff meetings as well as planning themed cultural events and activities, Facilitating a weekly social event for Japanese speaking guests, assisting at the Front Desk and other departments where Japanese speaking is required, ensuring that all Japanese guests are well informed and up to date during emergency situations, and any translation services that may be required, both written and verbal. This position will also track Japanese Survey SALT scores and make recommendations to ensure expectations, benchmarks and goals are met on a daily basis.
