DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hilton Waikoloa Village is looking for a Front Service Attendant (Bell/Valet) Graveyard to join the team!

The Ideal candidate will possess:

     * Valid Driver’s License required.

     * Ability to lift items/baggage weighing up to 75lbs.

     * The ability to work a flexible schedule that includes overnights, weekends, and holidays is required.

 

 

 

Shift Pattern: Overnight (10:00pm – 6:00am): including weekends and holidays.

 

 

 

Pay Rate Range: $22.37 - $24.85 per hour

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Parking Valet/Door Attendant, you’re not just greeting and assisting guests on arrival and departure – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

 

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

     * Support seamless arrivals and departures: Greet arriving and departing guests, manage traffic flow at the lobby entrance, and assist with luggage

     * Facilitate guest vehicle parking: Collect keys, issue claim tickets, and transport guest vehicles safely and efficiently between the hotel driveway and designated parking areas

     * Tag and track guest belongings: Read luggage tags, issue claim tickets, and ensure accurate handling and delivery of guest items

     * Handle guest items with care: Retrieve, transport, store, and organize guest luggage, packages, and boxes from vehicles and luggage storage areas

     * Coordinate transportation needs: Arrange taxis or other guest transportation services upon request

     * Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner
